She softly shook her head, placing her hand on top of her mother’s. “No, no, no - there’s no need to apologize. You haven’t given me a burden, not at all. Why would you think that?”
With a deep, sad smile, Ifalna pulled her hand away. “Because the White Materia was my duty. I was unable to fulfill it, so I passed my burden onto you. If I hadn’t returned to the Planet, I would’ve been in your place, and you would’ve been able to live a full life. Because of my mistake, the Cetra are gone from the world.”
She shook her head again, frowning slightly. “No, don’t believe that. It wasn’t a burden. You chose a great hiding place for it.."
