As soon as the knight had left, she turned and walked the way she came, walking in the same way she had come out. She looked around, trying to remember the way to her room, when a servant found her, mumbling about looking all over and being late. Great - just what she’d planned to do. She hurried after the servant, trying not to trip on the long skirts of her dress.

She arrived in the dining room, being ushered to her seat near the queen. An instant apology came tumbling from her lips - “I’m so sorry for being late, I took Lia’s advice on exploring the square, and got a bit caught up, and then lost.”

The Queen watched the girl be ushered in and smiled “You are not the first to get lost in my castle, it was designed that way so intruders could not easily locate me. I am glad a servant found you, it is not often one gets to dine with knights.” she looked to the table in front of her and stood, holding her goblet up for a toast as she gave a speech to welcome them home ((I’m too uncreative to think of it right now)). The knights cheered and raised their glasses, Rion eyeing the lady Aerith from a few spots down the table.

“Did you enjoy your exploration of this fine city?” the Queen inquired.

She nodded, about to thank her for the opportunity, but she had stood before she could. She mainly followed the others’ lead for the toast - raising her glass, letting out a small hum to go with the cheers. She briefly caught Rion’s eye as he was looking at her, and quickly looked away, shifting a little in her chair - his staring unnerved her.

She turned her attention back to the queen, smiling politely once more. “I did, from what I saw. Your people know how to celebrate. There’s not much of that on Gaia anymore.”
